Resolve overview and application process

What is Resolve? 

Resolve offers hassle-free payment terms for businesses where the balance is due in 30, 60, or 90 days (also known as Net 30-60-90).

Who is Resolve for?

  • Medium-to-large businesses, government agencies, schools, non-profits, and other established organizations who purchase without a credit card and pay by invoice.
  • Resellers and distributors who are looking for a short-term cashflow management tool.

Why purchase with Resolve?

  • Accounting convenience. Resolve sends invoices to established businesses who pay by invoice.
  • Cashflow flexibility. Resolve lets you smooth cashflows by giving you time to generate sales before paying for your purchases.
  • Buy and receive your purchase right away. Resolve pays the merchant directly on your behalf.
  • Easy repeat purchases. Resolve provides a line of credit that can be continually used for future purchases with the merchant.
  • 1-minute application. Simple online application with fast credit decision.

What is required to have a Resolve account?

To sign up with Resolve, you must: 

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be authorized to obtain commercial credit on behalf of your business or organization
  • Be in operations for more than 12 months
  • Have a US-based bank account

How does Resolve work?

  1. Ask the merchant that you're interested in paying with payment terms and to send you Resolve's online application (if it's not already available on the merchant's website).
  2. After submitting a simple application, you'll be informed via email a credit decision. Most decisions occur same-day, but may take up to 1 business day in some cases.
  3. Once approved, following the instructions in the approval email to place your order. For some merchants, Resolve is integrated directly in the checkout. For others, place your order by contacting their sales team and letting them know you'd like place your order with payment terms.

After your purchase, you’ll receive email reminders about your upcoming payments. You can also set up autopay to avoid missing a payment.

Does Resolve do a credit check, and how does it impact my credit score?

Resolve attempts to underwrite solely based off commercial credit data. If Resolve is unable to extend credit due to lack of commercial data, it may ask for additional information (e.g., tax returns, bank statements) or encourage you to submit a personal guarantee to strengthen your application. Checking eligibility for Resolve does not affect your personal credit.

Making Payments and Refunds

How do I make my payments?

Before each payment is due, Resolve sends you and your accounts payable an email reminder with the amount that is coming due and the due date. You have the option to sign up for autopay, so you don’t risk missing a payment.

Resolve currently accepts payment online via ACH transfer or by check. Resolve does not accept credit or debit cards.

To make a payment online via ACH transfer:

  1. Go to app.paywithresolve.com.
  2. Enter your business email and password. If you've forgotten it, just click "Forgot password" to reset your password.
  3. In the payments section, click "Make a payment" and select which invoice you'd like to pay.
  4. Make a payment using a ACH bank transfer.

To make a payment via check:

  1. Make check payable to Resolve Corp and send to:

  2. Make sure to write down the Resolve invoice number on the check.
  3. Once Resolve has received the check, you'll be emailed a payment confirmation notice.

How do refunds work?

A refund posts to your Resolve account if we process your refund request. In the event that we issue you store credit instead of a refund, you are still responsible for paying off your Resolve invoice.

If you have already made full or partial payment, Resolve issues a refund credit to the your original payment method.
