Who should I invite to my account?

You'll want to invite anyone who submits invoices or reconcile payments. Typically, this will be your sales/support and accounting team.


You can add your team members to Resolve by going to https://app.resolvepay.com/dashboard/team or following the instructions below:

  1. Log into your Resolve account and click Settings from the top navigation bar.

  2. Click on Team in the lefthand menu.

  3. Click the 'Invite a user' button.

  4. The modal below will appear.

  5. Once you invite your teammate, they will receive an email notification asking them to set their password.

  6. Congratulations! You've added a team member to Resolve. Continue adding the rest of your team.
