Request an advance rate adjustment from your Resolve dashboard
You can now submit an advance rate adjustment request using the "Adjust advance rate" option found in the kebab menu on the Customers page, or the Actions drop-down menu on the Customer Details page.

After you select "Adjust advance rate", you will select the requested advance rate from the drop down menu, or optionally submit a custom request in the text box and confirm your request using the pop-up modal that appears:
Once confirmed, our credit team will be automatically notified and will review your customer's account within 1-2 business days. You will receive notice of the adjustment decision via email.
