What Is Same-Day Payouts?

In our effort to enhance your cash flow management, Resolve is offering Same-Day Payouts as an optional feature that you can use to get your funds faster. Same-Day Payouts accelerates the time it takes for you to receive cash advances on invoices, and payments from your customers. This shifts the traditional 2-4 day processing time to as quick as one day (dependent on payment cut-off times). This means you can manage your finances more efficiently and reinvest in your business faster.

How Does It Work?

Once this feature is enabled, you'll receive funds faster when:

• You send an invoice and receive a cash advance 
• When your customer pays an invoice, and funds are forwarded to you from Resolve.
  • This applies to invoices with partial advances (e.g., 90%), Non-Advanced Net Terms, or Due Upon Receipt
  • Customer payments must be made via ACH or credit card to be eligible

To receive funds same-day, transactions must be started by specific cut-off times, otherwise, you will receive the funds the following day:

• Cash advances on sent invoices: must be sent before 12:50 pm (Eastern) 
• Customer invoice payments via ACH and credit card: must be started before 10:50 am (Eastern) 

You also get the added flexibility to decide whether to use same-day capabilities on either cash advance payouts, incoming buyer payments, or both.

FAQs

• How do I access Same-Day Payouts? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to request access. This feature is currently in Beta with limited early availability.
• Is there a limit on the payment volume? There are no limits on advances, but limits apply based on your Maximum Allowed Outstanding Loans (MAOL) for ACH buyer payments.
• Are fees refundable? Fees for advanced invoices are refundable if voided within 2 days; otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
• What happens if a payout fails? We will retry the payout, maintaining the same-day payout fee.
• Does this affect my customers? There's no direct impact on your customers—it's all about getting you your funds faster. Your customers will see their payments update to Paid status faster.
• Can I choose between standard and same-day for individual invoices? Currently, this feature is global for all invoices, with more flexibility planned for future updates.
• What types of payouts incur the same-day fee? Fees apply to same-day cash advances and non-advanced payouts initiated by customer payments via ACH.
