You can check to see if an invoice has been paid two ways - by customer or by invoice.
Locate the customer account in your dashboard and click on the Customer's name.
Click on the Invoices tab. By default, you will see all Net Terms Ready invoices.
View all invoices by clicking on the All tab. The payment status is shown in the column as in the example below.
If you know the specific invoice number you want to look up, go to the Invoices tab.
Type the invoice number in the search bar. The payment status is shown in the column as in the example below.
