Resolve offers 4 different types of user roles with varying levels of dashboard permissions access to help support different functional roles and use cases within your company organization.
What are the 4 user roles? How are they different?
The 4 user roles are as follows:
- Owner
- Owner users can commit all actions across the merchant dashboard.
- Admin
- Admin users can commit all actions across the merchant dashboard except transfer ownership on the Owner user’s behalf.
- Admin users are intended to be administrative roles within the merchant organization who oversee the team that most uses Resolve
- Contributor
- Contributor users are intended to be day-to-day merchant dashboard users, but are restricted from being able to change/delete information within certain pages in the Settings page of your dashboard.
- Viewer
- Viewer users are intended to be auxiliary merchant dashboard users within the merchant organization, such as members of the Sales team.
- Viewer users can only copy enrollment links, create statements, and resend invoices. All other dashboard actions are blocked.
How can I assign or change roles?
