Summary
The Overview page in your Resolve dashboard will show you important actions pending completion. The page displays different actions as your relationship with Resolve progresses - evaluating Resolve as a "Trial", "Onboarding" with Resolve after signing up, and regular use.
Trial actions
As you first engage with Resolve, we will ask you to provide information about your business and submit five of your customers for soft credit checks. Submitting this information is outlined in the Overview page so you can easily keep track of remaining items to complete.
Onboarding actions
After you have signed up with Resolve, there are a few remaining steps to finish setting up your account. To finish onboarding with Resolve, you must Enroll your customers as well as set up a bank account for billing and deposits. To learn more about Enrolling your customers, you can read our help article here. These actions will display in the Overview page until they are completed.
Regular use
Once your onboarding steps are completed, the Overview page will display actions you need to take to get your customers onboarded with Resolve. These actions include Enrolling your credit-checked customers with Resolve and managing their net terms credit line requests.
