Creating new customers
What's new in Resolve: There are now three ways to create customers in Resolve.

Automatically create customers by having them apply with your unique buyer application link: To share your unique application link, go to your Marketing page and copy the Buyer application link and send it to your new customer. The customer and their approval status will appear on the Customers page.

Manually add a customer inside your dashboard: To add a customer, go to the Customers page from the top menu and click Create customer. You can Create and Pre-approve them for a buyer credit line or simply create them for easier customer and invoice tracking . After you hit create or submit, refresh the page to see the customer in the customers list.

Automatically create customers by syncing with QuickBooks Online: We support customer record syncing with QuickBooks Online. Reach out to us for more information at accounts@resolvepay.com.
Note: Created customers will appear when you refresh the page.
Pre-approving customers for buyer lines
What's new in Resolve: Pre-approve customers as you create them, or come back and pre-approve them later.
There are two ways to pre-approve customers:

To pre-approve new customers: On the Customers page, click Create customer. After entering customer information, click Create & Pre-approve button to go the pre-approval form. After submitting the customer Approval Status will show up in your Customers list as Processing and update to Approved or Denied once Resolve completes its credit assessment.

To pre-approve existing customers: If a customer already exists in the Resolve dashboard and has not been pre-approved, from the Customers page, click Pre-approve on the customer line on the customers list, or navigate to the customer detail page and click Pre-approve. After filling out the fields, hit Submit.
Note: Pre-approval status will appear after you refresh the page.
Adding invoices to Resolve
What's new in Resolve: Add invoices into Resolve and decide if you want to charge them now or at a later date.
There are two ways to upload invoices:

From the Invoices tab: Upload an invoice from the Invoices tab in your merchant dashboard and clicking Add invoice & Charge. You can choose to Save and charge later or Save & Charge, which charges the invoice immediately.

From the Customer page: Go to the Customer page for any of your customers and upload an invoice for that customer directly from their page.
Charge invoices to your buyer and merchant lines
What's new in Resolve: Charges are now created by charging invoices.
There are two ways to charge your invoices:

Charge now: Click Save & Charge when you upload an invoice to charge an invoice immediately. You'll be directed to the Charge screen where you can choose to create a charge for your buyer's line or your merchant line (if you're interested in participating in our merchant line program, please see below).

Charge later: Click Save when you upload an invoice if you want to charge it later. To charge your invoice later, locate it in your Invoices tab and click Charge.
