Request a credit line adjustment from your Resolve dashboard
You can now submit a credit line adjustment request using the "Adjust credit line" option found in the kebab menu on the Customers page, or the Actions drop-down menu on the Customer Details page.

After you select "Adjust credit line", you can input your requested credit line amount and confirm your request using the pop-up modal that appears:
Once confirmed, our credit team will be automatically notified and will review your customer's account within 1-2 business days. You will receive notice of the adjustment decision via email.
