Request a reinstatement from your Resolve dashboard
You can now submit a reinstatement request using the "Reinstate credit line" option found in the kebab menu on the Customers page, or the Actions drop-down menu on the Customer Details page:

After you select "Reinstate credit line", you will need to confirm your request using the pop-up modal that appears:
Once confirmed, our team will be automatically notified and will review your customer's account within 1 business day. You will receive notice of the reinstatement decision via email.
