You can now send enrollment emails to pre-approved customers directly from the Resolve dashboard. Instead of copying an enrollment link and creating a separate email manually, you can send everything with a single click inside Resolve. This simplifies the process, ensures your customers receive clear, professional instructions, and helps you get them enrolled faster - without extra steps or tools.
Why Use This Feature
Sending enrollment emails directly from Resolve:
- Saves time - no need to copy links or create your own email templates.
- Ensures consistency - customers receive a standardized, easy-to-follow enrollment email.
- Builds trust - you will always be CC’d on the first email and can choose to be CC’d on reminders, so customers know the message is connected to your business.
- Automates follow-ups - Resolve automatically sends up to three reminders if the customer hasn’t enrolled yet.
How to Send an Enrollment Email
- Go to the Overview page or the Customers tab.
- Find a customer in Pending Enrollment status.
- Select Send enrollment email.
- Review the pop-up confirmation, which shows the customer's purchaser email address.
- If you need to update the email address, select Edit customer from the actions menu before sending.
- Select Send.
- The purchaser receives the enrollment email.
- You will be automatically CC’d on this first email, even if your notification settings are turned off.
What Happens Next
- The button changes to Resend enrollment email.
- Resolve automatically schedules three reminders - one per week - until the customer enrolls.
- If the customer enrolls after any email, all remaining reminders are automatically canceled.
Manually Resend Any Time
You can select Resend enrollment email as many times as needed until the customer completes enrollment.
Manual resends do not restart the reminder sequence.
View Email Activity
Each email send (initial, reminder, or manual resend) appears in the Recent Activity section of the customer’s profile. This lets you confirm when emails were sent and whether they were opened by the customer.
Optional: Automate the Entire Process
If you want enrollment emails and reminders sent automatically - no clicks required:
- Contact your Resolve account manager to enable Auto-Send Enrollment Email.
- Once enabled, the email and reminder sequence is triggered automatically whenever a customer is pre-approved.
- The merchant owner will be CC’d on the first email to help establish credibility and trust with the customer.
- This option is recommended if you frequently have new pre-approved customers and want to save time.
Alternative: Copy the Enrollment Link
If you prefer to send your own email, you can select Copy enrollment link from the customer’s actions menu and paste it into your own message.
However, Send enrollment email is the recommended option because it saves time and ensures automated reminders and activity tracking are handled within Resolve.
