You can invite your customer to make a Resolve dashboard account by using the Customers table, or going into that customer's page.
- Click into the kebab menu, actions dropdown, or go to the customer's users tab to find the 'Invite user' button
- Then, enter that name and email of the user you want to invite. Please note that the email address domain of the user you invite MUST match the email address domain of that customer's purchaser and AP email contact on file.
- Click 'Invite User' and that's it! You can see any users that have been invited by going to the 'Users' tab. To re-send a user invite, you can do so by clicking into the kebab menu of a specific user and clicking 'Re-send invite'
