Resolve has partnered with Finix to provide faster, more affordable credit card processing for your business. This guide walks you through setting up Finix as your credit card processor.
How to Set Up Credit Cards
Step 1: Log in to your Resolve merchant dashboard. Navigate to the Settings page —> Billing & Payments tab. You'll see a prompt to set up credit card processing.
Step 2: Click "Set up". A new browser tab will open with the Finix onboarding form.
Step 3: Complete the onboarding form. Many fields will be pre-filled from your existing Resolve account. You'll need to provide:
- Business details (legal name, EIN, business type)
- Bank account information
- Beneficial owner information (for any individual owning 25% or more of the business)
- Control Person information
- Identify Verification
Step 4: Submit the form. Your application will be reviewed by Finix's underwriting team.
Step 5: You'll receive an email confirmation once your application is approved. This typically takes 1–3 business days. You may receive an email requesting additional information. When this happens, you will also see the request reflected in the Billing & Payments tab.
After Approval
Once approved, your buyers will be able to select and use credit cards as a payment method when paying invoices through the Resolve platform. No additional setup is required.
PCI Compliance Attestation
Within 90 days of approval, you'll need to complete a PCI Attestation of Compliance. We will send you automated reminders via email with instructions on how to complete this. This is a standard industry requirement for businesses that accept credit card payments.

A: We're migrating all merchants to Finix to provide the best possible processing rates. Our Customer Success team will guide you through the process.
Q: Will there be any downtime during the switch?
A: No. The switch happens seamlessly once your Finix application is approved. There is no gap in payment processing.
Q: Can I still accept all major credit cards?
A: Yes. Finix supports Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and many other brands.
Q: What if my application is not approved?
A: In rare cases, Finix underwriting may request additional information. Our Customer Success team will work with you to resolve any issues.
