Resolve now offers a simpler way to sign in — no password required. When you log in, we automatically email you a 6-digit code that you can use instead of your password.
How the new login works
- Go to resolve.com and click Sign In.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your inbox. Resolve automatically sends a 6-digit code to the email address you entered. The subject line will be from Resolve.
- Enter the code in the credentials field on the next screen. You can also enter your existing password here — both work.
- You're in. If your account is linked to more than one Resolve organization, you'll be prompted to select which one to open.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to use the code? Can I still use my password?
Yes — your existing password still works on the same screen. You can type the code or your password; either one signs you in. Nothing about your password has changed.
I didn't receive the code. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. The email comes from the same Resolve address as other notifications. If it's not there, click Resend code on the sign-in screen to get a new one. Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email address you entered in step 1.
The code isn't working.
Codes expire after a few minutes. If yours has expired, click Resend code to get a fresh one and enter it promptly.
I use SSO (Google or another provider) to sign in. Does anything change?
No. Your SSO option is still available on the sign-in screen and works exactly as before.
I use two-factor authentication (2FA). Does this affect it?
No. 2FA is separate and unchanged. The one-time code on the sign-in screen replaces the password step — it doesn't interact with your 2FA settings.
I manage multiple Resolve accounts. Will this still work?
Yes. After you sign in, Resolve will show you a list of your accounts to choose from, same as always.
I was invited to join a Resolve account but haven't accepted yet. Can I use a code to sign in?
Not until you've accepted the invitation. Follow the link in your invite email to complete setup first, then you can sign in with a code at your next login.
