Resolve Net Terms lets you pay for your Amazon Business purchases on 30-day terms using a Resolve-issued virtual card. This article walks through how to apply, get your card, use it at checkout on Amazon, and pay your Resolve invoice.
How It Works
- Apply for net terms. Go to app.resolvepay.com/resolvepbi and click Apply for Net Terms. Fill in your business information. Most applications get a decision within a few minutes; some may take up to one business day for additional review.
- Get your virtual card. Once you're approved, Resolve issues a virtual credit card you can use to pay on Amazon Business. Your card details appear securely in your Resolve account.
- Add the card to your Amazon Business wallet. Copy your card number, expiration, and CVV into your Amazon Business payment methods.
- Check out on Amazon. Use the Resolve card to pay for your order. You can use it for any eligible Amazon Business purchase up to your approved credit limit.
- Pay Resolve on Net 30. Resolve emails you an invoice for each purchase. You have 30 days to pay. Log in to your Resolve buyer portal to pay by ACH or card.
Applying for Net Terms
To apply, you'll need:
- General information about your business such as legal name, DBA, address, estimated annual revenue, etc.
- Your name, email, and role at the business
- Your Accounts Payable contact details
- The dollar amount you want to put on terms (we'll use this to size your assigned credit line)
In some cases we may ask you to securely connect your business bank account through Plaid, or upload a few months of bank statements. This helps us approve you for a higher limit if your credit profile alone isn't enough.
For very small businesses, we may require the business owner to authorize a soft pull on their personal credit and sign a personal guarantee.
Using Your Resolve Virtual Card on Amazon
Your Resolve virtual card works only on Amazon Business. This is to keep your line of credit focused on Amazon purchases for the duration of the program.
You can view your card details any time by logging in to your Resolve buyer portal.
Paying Your Invoice
When you make a purchase on Amazon, Resolve emails you an invoice once we receive notice that your order has shipped. Your 30-day payment window starts when you receive the invoice.
To pay:
- Log in to the Resolve buyer portal.
- Go to Invoices and find the invoice you want to pay.
- Click Pay and choose ACH or card.
Frequently Asked Questions

No. The card is locked to Amazon Business for the duration of the program.
How long does it take to get approved?
Most buyers get a decision within a few minutes. Some applications need additional review, which can take up to one business day.
What if I'm not approved?
You'll get an email explaining the decision. If your credit profile changes, you're welcome to apply again later.
How do I increase my credit limit?

Can I use Resolve for my personal Amazon purchases?
No. Resolve Net Terms are only available for business purchases through Amazon Business.
Who do I contact for help?
Email support_amazon@resolvepay.com any time. We aim to respond within one business day.
