Resolve shares shipment details with your customers, including real-time status updates, when you include the details when sending an invoice through Resolve.
How to add shipping details
Include the tracking number and courier when sending an invoice through the Resolve dashboard
- Located in the "Add invoice" modal
- Add one or more tracking numbers associated with the invoice
- An "Optional" tag is added to the Shipping Details section when the information is not required
Add tracking number(s) and courier(s) after an invoice is sent
- If shipping details are unavailable when you send an invoice, you can add the details later by clicking the "Add shipment details" button in the Action menu
Invoices with paused cash advanced payouts due to missing shipping details will be clearly marked in your dashboard:
Invoices with shipment details still awaiting verification by Resolve will have a payout status of "Verification Pending". You can check individual payout statuses in the "Payout transactions" tab of any invoice:
Where your customers see the shipping details
Shipment details are shown to your customers in emails, invoice PDFs, and in their Resolve dashboard
- The tracking number(s) and courier(s) you provide are included in emails and invoice PDF cover sheet related to the associated invoice
- Your customers can see shipment details and status updates by logging in to their own Resolve dashboard, selecting the associated invoice, and clicking on the "Shipping" tab
Where you can see the shipping details
Shipment details are shown to you via the "Shipping" tab on the Invoices page in your Resolve dashboard
- Navigate to the Invoice page for the associated invoice and click the "Shipping" tab
- Each tracking number associated with the invoice is displayed in its own row in the table of the "Shipping" tab

We partnered with Aftership, a leading shipment tracking software, to provide real-time status updates for shipments.
- Aftership supports 1000+ couriers
- For unsupported couriers we display the shipment details provided by you, but will show "Unavailable" for real-time status updates fields (Estimated Delivery Date, Shipping Status)
