Resolve shares shipment details with your customers, including real-time status updates, when you include the details when sending an invoice through Resolve.
Why Shipping Details Matter
- Shipping details help your customers track their orders and real-time shipment status is provided through Aftership.
- For some merchants, Resolve may require shipping verification before releasing the advance payout.
- Incomplete shipping information can delay your payouts.
