Resolve is the payments and net terms partner for your merchant (the company you buy from). When you buy on terms, your merchant sends the invoice through Resolve, and you pay Resolve. That's why invoices, statements and reminders come from us, with your merchant's name on them.

Too many emails, or going to the wrong person?
Email help@resolvepay.com and tell us which address should get what. We can:
- Move invoices to a different AP inbox (details)
- Remove someone who no longer handles your account
- Payment remittance confirmations
- Resolve account support
You'll still get invoices and past-due notices for open balances.
