Resolve supports the following invoice types:
- Invoices uploaded but not sent
- Advanced invoices on terms
- Net terms invoices without an advance
- Due upon receipt invoices

Advanced invoices on terms
Best for
- When you need an advanced on an invoice
- When you want to send an invoice on terms
To send an advanced invoice, click on the "Send" button. You may also create a new invoice by clicking the "+Add invoice" button.
Make sure to select the option to "Receive an advance on this invoice" and then click "Review and send".
This will take you to a page where you can review your invoice details, view your uploaded invoice, and preview the email, shipping details, and any other files that will be sent to your customer. To send the invoice to your customer, click "Send" in the top right corner.
* This option is available if the customer is active, and has a sufficient balance on the account.
Net terms invoices without an advance
Best for:
- When you don’t need an advance
- When the customer does not have enough credit to allow for the advance of an invoice
- When the customer is working to establish a timely payment history with you or Resolve
- When you have a long-standing relationship with a customer and are sending an invoice for a smaller amount
Make sure to select the option to "Do not receive an advance on this invoice" and then click "Review and send".
Due upon receipt Invoices
Best for:
- When you want to send an invoice to be paid upon receipt
To send Due Upon Receipt Invoice, click on the "+Add invoice" button
First, you must select the option "Do not receive an advance on this invoice." Then, under "Terms options," select "Due Upon Receipt." Click "Review and Send."
This will take you to a page where you can review your invoice details, view your uploaded invoice, and preview the email send to your customer. To send the invoice to your customer, click "Send invoice" in the top right corner.
