You are able to save your preferred payment information within your buyer dashboard using the steps below to remit payment for invoices through Resolve.
- Log in to Resolve's buyer dashboard
- Select "Settings" from the menu bar located at the top of the page
- Select "Payment methods"
- Select "Add payment method"
- Select a payment method from the options provided:
- ACH - Checking
- ACH - Savings
- Credit card (2.9% processing fee)
- Enter the required and correct information associated with your preferred payment method and select "Save".
To remove any of your stored payment method details from your account or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Resolve at help@resolvepay.com.
