Setting up Autopay with Resolve is simple. Follow the steps below to ensure your payments are processed automatically on time.
Step 1: Log into Your Account
- First, visit resolvepay.com and log into your account.
Step 2: Access Settings
- Once logged in, navigate to the Settings section in the top-right corner of the page.
Step 3: Add or Select a Payment Method
- If you already have a payment method saved, you can skip to the last step to turn on Autopay.

If not, follow these steps to add a new payment method:
- In Settings, select Payment Methods.
- Click on Add payment method.
- Enter your desired payment method details.
Please note: Payments made with a debit or credit card are subject to a 2.9% processing fee from our payment processor. We recommend using ACH for no additional fees.
Step 4: Turn on Autopay
- After saving your payment method, locate the Turn On link in blue just below the "Payment Method" section.
- Click Turn On to activate Autopay.
Payment Processing Details:

Payments for terms invoices will be processed on the due date.

Payments for due upon receipt invoices will be processed the same day they are issued.
