Pay an invoice without logging in:
Step 1: Find the invoice you received in your email. (It should be sent from invoice@resolvepay.com)
Step 2: Within the email outlining the invoice information, click "View invoice online."
Step 3: You will be taken to the Resolve portal to pay the invoice as a guest or have the option to Log In to your account and pay. If you don't have an account, you can create an account and then pay. Creating an account is optional but recommended (read why we recommend creating an account with us - it's free and takes less than 2 minutes!).
Step 4: Upon clicking “Pay as guest”, you will be presented with payment options.
Step 5: Click "Pay $[Amount]" and then you're finished!
Pay an invoice directly through your Resolve account
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: From your customer dashboard, click "on Make a payment". This button is accessible on the Invoices page as well as the Payments page.
Step 2: Select the invoices and amounts you would like to pay. Then, select when you want to schedule your payment date. If you want to pay today, then select today's date. To confirm your choices and move onto the next step, click "Confirm & continue."
*Note: You also have the option to extend the due date on eligible invoices, which is shown in the bottom right of the screen. Clicking 'Extend due date' will open a new page.
Step 3: Finally, enter your payment details. Enter the email that you want the receipt of payment to be sent to. Then, fill out your payment method information. You can choose to pay with credit card or ACH. Once you are done, click 'Complete payment' to finish paying.
