To upload an invoice to the Resolve system, please follow these steps:
Find the customer in your Dashboard and click on their account
Click '+Add Invoice'
Click the 'Save and exit' in the upper right corner to save and close the invoice
This will save the invoice but not send it to the customer.
This will not send the invoice to the customer or charge you fees.
You can use this option for the following cases:
- The invoice is prepared, but you are not ready yet to send it to the customer; you would be able to click the 'Send' button whenever you are ready and send the invoice to your customer on net terms (with or without an advance) or as Due Upon Receipt.
- The customer sent a payment to Resolve. You want to upload the invoice to the system without sending it to the customer again and enable Resolve to apply the payment towards this invoice and forward you the payment.
