Before you make a payment, make sure you have accepted Resolve's Terms & Conditions.
Pay an invoice without logging in:
Step 1: Find the invoice you received in your email. (It should be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org)
Step 2: Within the email outlining the invoice information, click "View invoice online."
Step 3: You will be taken to the Resolve portal to pay the invoice as a guest or have the option to Log In to your account and pay. If you don't have an account, you can create an account and then pay. Creating an account is optional but recommended (read why we recommend creating an account with us - it's free and takes less than 2 minutes!).
Step 4: Upon clicking “Pay as guest”, you will be presented with payment options.
Step 5: Click "Pay $[Amount]" and then you're finished!
Pay an invoice directly through your Resolve account
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: From your customer dashboard, click "Payments."
Step 3: From the Payments page, click "Make a payment"
Step 4: Select the invoices and amounts you would like to pay and click "Continue."
Step 5: Select your payment method, and hit "Submit" then your finished! (If you wish to place a future payment, you may change the date to a future date)
